Why this matters to you personally

In August 2026 the SRA issued a warning notice on the misuse of AI and confirmed it has investigations open on supervision, citations and confidentiality. We are early, and you should know exactly what that means before you decide.
The governance documentation is established work. Policies, supervision rationale, DPIA, decision log, broker pack. That is twenty-two years of conveyancing operations written down, and it is what a regulator actually asks to see.
The technical layer is specified but not yet deployed in a live firm. We design the Microsoft 365 configuration and brief your IT provider, who implements it. Yours may be the first tenant it runs in. We agree a completion date with you rather than promising a duration, because we have not yet run an installation end to end. If you have a PII renewal coming, we work back from it.
We do not sell AI tools. We do not build you a drafting assistant or a document reader. Your firm chooses its own tools; we govern how they are used and prove it. If you want software, buy software. Where you stand when we finish
Your PI proposal form's AI section has a documented answer. Your COLP holds a signed audit file: supervision rationale, firm-wide AI policy, DPIA, decision log. You know what AI is running in your firm, because we looked. Your IT provider holds a written mandate for the Microsoft 365 controls, and you have verified the result yourself. A signed certificate records what was installed and what was not.
